FSA Umbrella
Bristol York provides FSA compliance, regulatory and administrative support to individuals and teams, enabling them to work under the umbrella of its FSA regulation. This allows Bristol York's client to commence regulated activities within a relatively short timeframe without the set-up costs (approximately £20,000), lengthy application process (up to nine months) and capital adequacy requirement (minimum €50,000) that are required by the FSA.
Bristol York recognises that each opportunity is different and charges accordingly; typically the firm charges a set-up fee and a small monthly retainer.
